At The Handmade Goods Company, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request and dispatch a return.

To initiate a return, fill in our Returns Form here and our Customer Service team will get back to you with a return label.

There is a £5 processing fee for returns, which will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your return is post-stamped outside the 14-day window, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer store credit for future purchases.

The Handmade Goods Company holds no liability for any damages or defects to goods caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. All items returned to us will be inspected upon arrival. If an item has been damaged or used, no refund will be made.

Ordering

After placing an order, you have a 2-hour window to change or cancel it before fulfilment. All orders are processed and packaged the following day unless otherwise stated.

Taxes and Import Fees

All orders from The Handmade Goods Company are fulfilled from London, UK, and include applicable import taxes and fees for the UK.

Orders to other destinations do not include tax and may be subject to tax and duties on delivery. Tax rates depend on your country.

Delivery

If your order is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the delivery cost and fees will be deducted from your refund.

We attempt to depict colours as accurately as possible on the website, but actual colours may vary from what is seen on screen.

As our pieces are made from natural materials, there may be slight variations in texture and colour, which are not considered defects. The Handmade Goods Company reserves the right to change product details or photos without prior notice.
